Seminole Group Colombia CI, S.A.S. is a purpose formed LLC mining company in Colombia, SA (”company”) and is sister to Seminole Enterprises Group, Inc., (”corporation”) a US based corporation involved in the sale of mining equipment and brokering coal. From conception, the primary focus of the “company” was acquisition of mining property, refining and processing coal and other minerals.
